Fragile

There are words I try to find
There are words I hide behind

My soul is waiting to find the words I’m chasing
But it’s more than words and its more than sound
It’s the spirit that leads me when I don’t want to be found

I think Im finding the lies I’m unwinding
I’m blind and I’m hiding and all I want to do is travel
But you know my heart is at the tipping point
And I’m about to unravel
You chose mercy because you know I’m fragile

Everything inside of me is breaking
so you can have my heart, it’s yours for the taking
I’ve always been yours and I’ve kept you waiting

I’m sorry it took so long
You and I have known all along

I belong to you

And there is no escaping
